The great taste of Frank’s ® RedHot ® made it the secret ingredient in the original buffalo wings created in Buffalo, New York in 1964. Frank's® RedHot® Sauce was introduced in 1920, combining the zest of a full-bodied cayenne pepper flavour with vinegar and garlic. That deliciously spicy mixture is then aged to perfection and blended to a thick, rich consistency. The result is the perfect blend of flavour and heat that has been a long time favourite dish enhancer of chefs and home cooks!

It all begins with our peppers. Carefully cultivated, individually hand-picked, then aged for up to a full year, our cayennes are blended with vinegar and garlic in a proprietary process for that unique flavour.
