You don’t have to be Cajun to make great gumbo! We’ve got everything here in one convenient package. Just add your choice of meat or seafood and serve over rice.

Gumbo base mix 142G - Makes approx. 3L of Gumbo (following recipe on back of pack)

Gumbo base mix 1 pound (454g) bag - Makes approx. 7.5L of Gumbo (following recipe on back of pack)

COOKING DIRECTIONS For Chicken, Prawn & Sausage Gumbo: 1) In 4L pot, combine 2L of cold water or chicken stock and LA Fish Fry Gumbo Base. Stir well and bring to a boil. 2) Add 1KG of thoroughly cooked chicken and/or prawns and/or sausage. 3) Cover and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!
